In 2020 he produced the Time Stood Still series, a photographic series produced in Madrid in March 2020, in the context of the quarantine confinement, conceived as a reflection on the collective. This project was published in El País. Each photograph was published day by day, exposing in the form of a record, document or opinion the current situation of confinement that we are living. This series, created in the development of this pandemic, shows spaces destined for transit, contact and social grouping, now empty. On the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of Freijo Gallery, two unpublished photographs from the Time Stood Still series are presented, showing panoramic images of Madrid in confinement.

“The Covid-19 has emptied Madrid. [...] Looking at the streets, the squares, the M-30, all empty, I remember everything I have experienced. I am looking for me [...] And I'm really looking for you."
